Food has taken me further than I ever imagined.
My journey has led me from culinary studies in Mexico to Michelin-starred kitchens in France, luxury resorts across the Caribbean, renowned restaurants in Dubai, and the world's leading first-class airlines in Abu Dhabi.
Along the way, I've had the privilege of serving royal families, celebrities, heads of state, and some of the world's most wonderful clients.
Through these experiences, I realized that finding an exceptional private chef shouldn't be left to chance.
